RoHS Directive

Intervoice's Statement on the RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) Directive

Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS directive) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on February 13, 2003. The directive restricts and prohibits the use of certain hazardous substances in new electrical and electronic equipment put on the market beginning on July 1, 2006. These restrictions pertain to Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB), or Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE).

Intervoice is fully committed to complying with all applicable environmental legislation worldwide. It is Intervoice's goal to be compliant with the RoHS Directive by the July 1, 2006 implementation date.
