You may submit requests for assistance from various Intervoice support areas via E-Mail. Your E-mail address and/or your phone number will be used by Intervoice personnel as the means of contacting you to answer your questions or resolve your technical issues.
Please note: Submissions by e-mail to the Intervoice RealCare support teams is intended to be used for information ion and technical support for non-critical issues. If you have a priority 1 or 2 production problem, please contact the RealCare Support Desk directly at the designated numbers above.
Remember to include as much information as possible so that we may better assist you. Please attach any support files, i.e. log files, application files, configuration files etc,. that may assist in resolving your question or technical issue.
