Intervoice enables you to deliver a powerful array of voice and multimedia applications and services to your subscribers. Our carrier applications can help you open up new channels of revenue while driving brand loyalty by giving your subscribers the excellent services that they demand.

  • Voicemail. Voicemail MX provides a compelling suite of text, voice and web-based messaging capabilities. Voicemail MX features include traditional voicemail, email and faxmail, as well as text-to-speech reading and integrated multimedia messaging.
  • Videomail. Video adds a multimedia dimension to new and existing Media Exchange applications. For example, videomail allows subscribers to deposit, retrieve and distribute video-enabled messages, greetings and downloads in combination with other services. With this set of architectural enablers, Intervoice can deliver additional video applications such as security surveillance and video dating.
  • Voice SMS. Voice SMS works much like Short Message Service within a network, except that instead of sending text, subscribers can now send and receive expressive and enjoyable voice messages. The solution works over 2G, 2.5G and 3G handsets and across various networks, with the push-button simplicity that appeals to on-the-go consumers. Voice SMS messages can be delivered to both subscribers and non-subscribers, and non-customers who receive a message can be invited to sign up for the service.
  • Voice to MMS. Voice to MMS. Media Exchange supports a growing range of revenue-generating alternative messaging opportunities such as Voice to MMS. Voice to MMS allows subscribers to have voice messages delivered directly to their handsets via MMS. A picture or advertisement can be attached to the message, creating a more immediate, fun way to stay in touch than traditional voicemail.
  • Missed Call Alert. Missed Call Alert from Intervoice is a cost-effective call completion service that operates with all handsets, delivering SMS notification of all missed calls. Notifications include caller identification as well as date and time data.
  • Short Message Service Center. Intervoice's SMSC provides the means for subscribers and service providers to participate in the single most widely used data application in the mobile world: text messaging.
  • Short Message Router. Short Message Routers are an economical way to increase text messaging capacity and speed delivery of messages in your network.
