Robert Ritchey
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ritchey is Chief Executive Officer of the Company, a position he has held since November 2004. From July 2002 until his promotion, Mr. Ritchey served as President of the Company. From December 2000 until July 2002, Mr. Ritchey served as President and General Manager Enterprise Solutions Division. Prior to joining the Company, from May 1999 to November 2000, Mr. Ritchey served as Vice President and General Manager of Notifier Integrated Systems, a subsidiary of Honeywell International, a provider of network based integration products to the electronic security and building controls industry. Mr. Ritchey has served as director of the Company since June 2004.
Ritchey also has 25 years of telecommunications experience, working in sales, marketing and operational positions with several companies including Nortel, Amerisystems and Sprint Corp. A native of Pittsburgh, Ritchey graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
Jim Milton
President and Chief Operating Officer
Jim Milton serves as President and Chief Operating Officer and oversees the worldwide Sales, Services, Operations, Product/R&D and Marketing groups for the Company. He joined Intervoice January 30, 2006 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Milton has 25 years of marketing, sales and general management experience working extensively in the high tech sector in a variety of executive roles at UGS Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Services at UGS Corporation (now a Siemens company). He previously rose to the level of Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas for Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Milton received a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with Joint Honors in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Craig E. Holmes
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Holmes has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since joining the Company in August 2003. Mr. Holmes has more than 20 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
Prior to joining Intervoice, Mr. Holmes provided financial, operational consulting and executive management services to several technology companies. Mr. Holmes continues to serve as a member of the Advisory Council for the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management and the Board of Directors for the Dallas Summer Musicals.
Mr. Holmes also served as Chief Financial Officer for Excel Communications, Inc. Mr. Holmes was instrumental in Excel's successful $150 million IPO and helping to grow the company's revenues to $1.4 billion through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Holmes helped develop and fund the business model and implement the strategy during his tenure as CFO with EpicRealm, Inc. With a background in audit, tax, business planning and business analysis, Mr. Holmes originally joined Arthur Andersen LLP in 1982 and was ultimately promoted to Partner in 1995. Mr. Holmes received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
H. Don Brown
Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Real Estate
H. Don Brown is Senior Vice President - Human Resources and Real Estate, a position he has held since February 2006. He currently has global responsibility for Human Resources, Payroll, Human Resources Information Technology, Real Estate, and Facilities Management. Mr. Brown was Executive Vice President - Human Resources from July 2002 through February 2006. Prior to that time, he held the position of Vice President of Human Resources from September 1995 until July 2002. From November 1994 to August 1995, Mr. Brown served as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Intervoice, Mr. Brown held various human resources professional and management positions in the Oil and Gas Division of Unocal Corporation over a 14 year period. He holds a B.A. in Human Resources Management and an M.S. in Management from Southern Nazarene University.
Ken Goldberg
Senior Vice President, Marketing, Alliances and Corporate Development
Ken Goldberg is responsible for driving the company's strategy and business planning efforts and overseeing execution through marketing, alliances and M&A activities. Mr. Goldberg has more than 20 year experience in strategy, business development, marketing, consulting and finance and has worked for and with many of the world's leading technology and communications companies as well as several start-ups.
Mr. Goldberg joined Intervoice in August 2005 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Marketing and was named to his current role in February 2007 with the addition of product marketing and alliances management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Goldberg held various management positions at BEA Systems, Accenture, Arthur Andersen and was Co-Founder, President and CEO of an ecommerce software company providing software-as-a-service applications to retailers and Internet portals. Mr. Goldberg earned an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
Mark D. Harris
Senior Vice President, Global Services and Americas Operations
Mark Harris is Senior Vice President of Global Services and Americas Operations, a position he has held since July 2002. Prior to that time, he served as Vice President of Technical Development and Support from December 1999 through June 2002. Mr. Harris joined Intervoice in June of 1989 and since that time has held numerous management positions within the company. He currently has division responsibility for Hosted Solutions, Customer Service in the Americas Region, and Global Manufacturing. Mr. Harris continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together for Collin County, a position which he has held since January 2004. He received his bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Andrea Holko
General Manager and Senior Vice President, Americas and Global Consulting Services
Andrea Holko is responsible for driving Americas sales and the company's worldwide consulting services division. Holko brings more than 20 years of enterprise software consulting and system integration experience to Intervoice where she manages large practices, projects, and clients across multiple industries. Prior to Intervoice, Andrea served as vice president of client services at Edify where she drove all customer service activities, including technical support, consulting and education and previously served as senior vice president of Corio Inc. where she directed a large professional services and customer support organization exceeding revenue targets and surpassed customer satisfaction milestone metrics. Previously, Holko was Senior Vice President for the Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation practice at Technology Solutions Company and Vice President of Professional Services in the Finance Industry Group at American Management Systems. She has extensive experience in managing teams that deliver high-value, quality and reputable professional services to our customers. She received her BA from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
Dean C. Howell
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Dean C. Howell is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Howell was Executive Vice President and General Counsel from July 2002 through February 2006, and was elected Secretary in June of 2004. He held the position of Vice President and General Counsel from July 2000 until July 2002. From March 1996 to June 2000, he served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel and from October 1992 to February 1996, as Legal Counsel.
Frank G. Sherlock
Senior Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA
Frank G. Sherlock is Senior Vice President and Managing Director EMEA, a position he has held since January 2006. Prior to such time, Mr. Sherlock served as Senior Vice President, Operations from June 2002 until January 2006. From March 2001 until June 2002 Mr. Sherlock served as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Prior thereto, he served as Director, Operations from June 1999 to March 2001. Mr. Sherlock has over 25 years experience with Telecoms in Sales Operations and Marketing with degrees in Telecoms Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.
